Enkelhandig zwaard Oakeshott XIV, semi-scherp Boogschieten but also house altars inThis single handed sword has a length of approx. 90 cm and a blade of 72 cm and a max. width of 5 cm. The simple decorated pommel and the cross guard were typical for their era. The cross guard is slightly bended for parrying enemy blows. The wooden grip is covered with leather for a good grip. Type XIV is the last sword in Oakeshotts typification that was meant for piercing chainmail. It has a short, wide and pointy blade. The profile is quite flat
