The new look style dress has a fit and flare silhouette with shirring at the bodice that's reinforced with boning in the lining. It has a fitted bandeau waist that gathers for a calf length full skirt. It closes with a side metal zipper and hook and eye. The label reads, "Original Winfield New York".
