A National Order Of Dahomey, Iii Class Commander, C.1965 GTRexclude signifying the recipients refusal to(Benin): Two piece construction, silver gilt with black enamels, 59 mm x 65 mm, intact enamels, spotting, points on two arms bent back slightly, better than very fine. Footnote: The Order of Dahomey was instituted in 1960 and discontinued in 1986, being replaced by the National Order of Benin. It was awarded in five grades: Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Knight.
