Vintage Surrounded "PAHC" Demo Tape Sports This original copy of OuchSurrounded were a hardcore band from East Stroudsburg, PA from the mid 90s. In 1995, the band released a demo and a split with PAHC legends Krutch on Back Ta Basics, the label's second ever release, and also appeared on the Double Down Records CD compilation Scream And Be Heard Volume 1: Eastern Pennsylvania.
