The wine's bouquet reveals plenty of dark berry and earthy aromas. It's peppery and richly flavoured on the palate, displaying plenty of plums with some spice balanced by a good tannin structure. A wine of depth and length, this dry Rutherglen Shiraz is a great accompaniment to red curry chicken and rich beef dishes.
