Lowestoft ‘La Meilleure’ Chardonnay 2021 grenache-gris this floralLast 6 bottles Available. Three parcels of uniquely different Chardonnay fruit were selected to blend this exceptional wine. Hand picked and whole bunch pressed to seasoned French oak, the resulting juice was left to undergo natural alcoholic fermentation with a small component undergoing natural MLF concurrently. Post fermentation, the wines were over wintered without the addition of SO2 until spring. Subsequent blending into stainless steel, where
