Germany, HJ. A Mint BDM Südost Kärnten Sleeve Insignia Republic of The 52 mm wide sweatband(Bund Deutscher Mdel Insignien). Constructed of black rayon with white machine embroidery, the reverse retaining a fully intact HJ issue Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label bearing a makers code of A4 213 for an unidentified manufacturer, measuring 105 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
