Constructed of pressed card stock with a faux dark blue leather exterior liner, the lid bearing a silvered inscription of BEOBACHTERABZ., the interior with a blue felt lid lid and slotted blue felt medal bed, closing with a functional metal spring catch with exterior stud release, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics of a design credited to Gebrder Wegerhoff, Ldenscheid, measuring 72 mm (w) x 80
