1960s Navy HL Clutch enamel It is a stretch bracelet

It is a stretch bracelet that features 1” blue plastic rectangles separated by smaller fuchsia and teal green rectangles

The entire necklace measures approximately 17” including the extender

The brooch is marked ©SARAH COV and is in good vintage condition*

They are textured to resemble woven rope-like fibers

The matching earrings measure approximately 1¼”  x  1 1/8” and close with hinge back clips
