A silver gilt Maltese cross with very think red enamels on the arms of the cross; the obverse with a round central silver gilt medallion depicting a Griffon; the reverse plain with red enamels on the arms of the cross; with a replacement loop suspension (the suspension ring appears to have been pierced through the upper suspension by force); with its period original ribbon; measuring 61. 85 mm (w) x 62.
