Cascina Chiccos Langhe Nebbiolo is crafted from carefully selected vineyards in the Roero, where sandy calcareous soils and a temperate climate enhance the grapes delicate nature and distinctive character. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures and macerated on the skins, the wine then matures in oak barrels to gain structure and complexity. In the glass, it reveals a bright ruby
