Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a rightward facing profile of Kaiser Wilhelm II, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with an inscription of FR GUTES RICHTEN (FOR GOOD JUDGEMENT), the obverse maker marked E. WEIGAND, measuring 42. 09 mm in diameter, weighing 59. 0 grams, missing its suspension loop, in overall near extremely fine condition.
