As always this is a Nebbiolo drinker's Dolcetto

Before tirage the team blended the base wines with 5% red wine made from Pinot Précoce to give a delicate soft pink colour and some vibrant red fruit flavours

The palate is medium-bodied

They are made mainly from grapes that have dried on the vine (passerillage) rather than those affected by botrytis
