Original black and white photograph by Richard Avedon featuring the Russian dancer in rehearsal with the Ukrainian ballet teacher Valentina Pereyaslavec (1907 1998); ink stamped on verso by photographer. Size is 10. 2 x 8. 4 inches, minor damage on corners, top and bottom borders irregularly trimmed, otherwise in excellent condition.
