Each plot is vinified separately to capture the essence of the Cte Chalonnaise before being blended to create a balanced and harmonious wine. The blend of several plots located in the villages of Saint Martin de Montaigu, Saint Jean de Vaux, and Barizey produces a limpid wine with an intense ruby color and violet highlights. The aromas first suggest sweet fruit
