Vintage 90's VCU Rams Hat Adjustment Type:Snapback Both are labeled size XLThis is a vintage Virginia Commonwealth University hat, it is in great condition. The original owner colored over the "Rams" with a sharpie. This hat feature a brand new sweatband replacement and a snapback closure.
