Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Geneva Cross with white enameled arms, the obverse bearing a central black enameled eagle with details highlighted in gilt, in turn overlaid by a central Red Cross insignia, unmarked,
